• Number 8: Legal developments with social media – online harms, defamation, joint data controllers and more
• Number 9: Direct marketing – liability of directors for privacy breaches, and awaiting a new code of practice
• Number 10: A mixed bag of other developments which I wanted to squeeze in (California DP law, biometric data, electronic signatures, copyright and GDPR…and more!)
